Today, January 17th, 2022 would have been the 100th birthday of Betty White. The one day showing of “Betty White: A Celebration” is highly unusual based on the fact that this documentary will be shown in theaters only one day.
This documentary was very well done, but one scene that stood out to me the most was when Betty This documentary was very well done, but one scene that stood out to me the most was when Betty White was sitting next to this huge black bear, with no fear, almost as if the bear knew what an icon Betty was – devoting her entire life and career toward helping animals. Betty White was so likeable for many reasons, including her smile but most of all her love of Animals that lasted her whole life.
There were many scenes of Betty’s outstanding comedic timing on the “Mary Tyler Moore Show”, “The Golden Girls” and “Hot in Cleveland” during these two hours and many of them were laugh out loud funny. The other thing that stood out is how many people in this documentary are no longer alive, including even the late Alex Trebek.
Hopefully this documentary will be released to television one day soon because it an outstanding life history of one of the best comedic actors of all time.
